Epitope Binning
Antibody epitope mapping and binning that groups a panel by what it actually recognizes. High-throughput competition analysis sorts binders into epitope families, so you can select for functional diversity and understand why one clone blocks and another does not.
OVERVIEW
Classical sandwich assay format was selected for epitope binning using Octet Red 384. About nine bins were generated based on the result.

Sandwich format requirement:
- Ag reach equilibrium in 5 minutes
- Disassociation of Ag <50% in 10 minutes (Koff < 10E-03)
- Ag is a monomer
