Bispecific Antibodies
DMPK and developability support for bispecific antibody programs, where standard antibody assumptions stop applying. We handle format-specific bioanalysis, target-mediated disposition, and the stability and clearance questions that dual targeting introduces.
OVERVIEW
We have developed multiple assays targeting the different war heads of the bispecific antibody and the Fc region.
- Similar PK profile in SD rat for both antibodies
- Fast clearance in monkey
Bispecific Ab – Non-specific PK in Rats and Targeted Mediated Disposition in Cyno Monkeys
Purpose: to evaluate the non-linear PK in cyno monkeys and linear PK in SD rats for bispecific antibodies
Study Design
- Dose
- IV Bolus: 5 mg/kg in SD rats
- IV Bolus: 1, 2.5, or 7.5 mg/kg in cyno monkeys
- Sampling
- Serum collection up to 28 days for rats and up to 42 days for cyno monkeys post dosing
