Bispecific Ab – Non-specific PK in Rats and Targeted Mediated Disposition in Cyno Monkeys

Purpose: to evaluate the non-linear PK in cyno monkeys and linear PK in SD rats for bispecific antibodies

Study Design

• Dose

• IV Bolus: 5 mg/kg in SD rats

• IV Bolus: 1, 2.5, or 7.5 mg/kg in cyno monkeys

• Sampling
